Dish made with fresh pig's blood
Putting the last touches to the dish. It contains chopped and fried pork, chopped vegetables, herbs spices, salt (probably MSG also) and spices, coagulated and raw pigs blood. Although it is a frequently made dish at times of slaughter, I myself don't eat it because I am not sure if the pig was entirely healthy. Eating raw blood dishes can be a cause of various diseases.
